Gregory Treverton is a Senior Policy Analyst at RAND, where he formerly directed the Intelligence Policy Center and the International Security and Defense Policy Center. His recent work has focused on terrorism, intelligence and law enforcement, with an emphasis on forms of public-private partnership.
